PLEASE NOTE: NEW SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Due to the ever-increasing postal charges in Australia we now have a new shipping procedure here at Crystal Sanctuary by Shona. All packages shipping out will be weighed and entered through the Australia Post portal BEFORE your shipping is paid. We will then create a new website listing with your shipping amount according to the Australia Post quote we have been given. You can then select this listing to process through your shipping payment.
You will have the option of INSURED shipping or STANDARD shipping to select from. You then just simply select the option you prefer and make your payment. The prices you will see will be based on the weight, dimensions and your destination of your package.
We believe this will make your shopping experience less complicated when it comes to choosing your shipping selection as there will only be 2 options to select from.
You will still be able to select OPEN BOX for your payment plans and multiple live sale compiling of items as we have always done - once you are ready to close your box to ship you simply just let us know and then we will organise your Australia Post quote for shipping.
When paying for your live sale order after each live sale ( if you are ready to ship out) please select PLEASE PROCESS MY SHIPPING QUOTE option when you reach the shipping selection section of the checkout process. Or if compiling your order or adding to an OPEN BOX please just selection OPEN BOX.
